For example, a property we developed in Wilmslow required a strengthened floor to accommodate a snooker table! Another customer however, The Star Inn pub at Hollington required an upgrade of mechanical services as well as the inclusion of a new boiler, radiators, a pumped hot water system and the provision of new washrooms.

Project Description:
The above photo shows a single storey extension comprising of a new dinning room, kitchen, male, female and disabled toilets including landscaping and paving. The project comprises of a 95 square metre extension constructed from locally quarried Hollington stone and laid by our quality stone masons. The alterations included upgrading the existing mechanical services, installation of a new boiler, radiators, pumped hot water system and refurbishment of the male and female toilets, with the provision of disabled facilities. The project was completed in 16 weeks.
