Project Description : Work has been completed on a full, 10-month renovation of a
derelict detached bungalow, at Basford. The work involves a
complete strip-out, a re-roof with full timber treatment, a full
damp-proof course, new insulated internal concrete floors, a full
re-wire and a new heating system, complete with under-floor heating
to the kitchen.
Other work will involve building and decorating a rear extension
'orangery' with lantern roof light and a detached garage. All the
wooden windows for the project will be purpose-made.
