Project Description : SCC Developments won the £66,000 contract to refurbish five sets
of WC cubicles and vanity units within Stafford College's Grade ll
listed Tenterbanks building. The building has a number of historic
features which have to be retained.
The contract involved refitting the existing toilets with an
Armitage Venesta Integrated Plumbing System with concealed plumbing
and services. (SCC Developments is an Armitage Venesta approved
installer.)
The contract was administered by the Johnson Fellows
Partnership.
Steve Connolly, Managing Director of SCC Developments commented:
'This demonstrates SCC Developments' ability to work with leading
property professionals on projects which combine technical ability
with a understanding of the sensitivities involved when working on
historic buildings.'
The completed project duration was six weeks.
