SCC Developments has completed a seven month contract at Hanley Health Centre undertaking extensive internal refurbishment works.

SCC Developments completely renovated the existing building over a seven month period undertaking extensive internal refurbishment works. These works included; mechanical and electrical services upgrade, new vinyl flooring with non-slip flooring and decoration throughout, addition of a new reception area including desk area, suspended ceilings and HTM specification integrated plumbing units and fitted furniture in the service rooms.

The upgrade had to meet legislation standards ensuring that areas had infection control measures in relation to the current guidelines.
